German born JUlia S.
She headed the export business of Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd., one of Scotland's leading smoked salmon producers, for six years until June 2006.
Prior to that she gained her first food related experience as Account Manager for the German dairy industry at AC Nielsen from 1996 to 2000.
Her education focused on marketing, English and IT. Julia completed her studies with a Post Graduate Certificate in Food and Grocery Industry Management in 2004.

STephane Billet, moved from France to Scotland in 1995.
From May 2000 to July 2006 he was the sales & marketing director of
Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd. Prior to that he spent five years with MacFish, a leading British seafood company, familiarising himself with the various commercial and industrial aspects of the
chilled food industry.
His studies in France include a Master's degree in European Economy and a
Postgraduate Degree in International Affairs & Business.
